Meet members of Reykjavík Trad Sessions and learn about their music and instruments

14.00 - 16.00  -  Student concert at Hamrar in Hof Cultural Centre
Students and teachers of the Akureyri Music School, along with Vaka Festival artists share the work they have done together over the previous 3 days of workshops. The Featuring folk songs, music and dance from Finland, England, Brazil, Shetland and Iceland. The concert will end with a performance of the Vaka-choir

Tvísöngsbræður Gústi og ÖlliMeet Iceland's traditional singer, kvæðamenn, and learn about their music and tradition

Grand Finale Concert and ball, Saturday 2nd June at Hof Cultural Centre - ISK 3.000* ( $30 US /  £21 / €24)
